I offer a 5 day inspection/return privilege on all sales, as well as, a Full Money Back guarantee within the 5
days of you receiving the item. Telephone me or e-mail me if you have a return & make contact with me before
the 5th day is up. Item must be in same condition as sent to you to expect a full credit & if so, payment will
be made right away.
Payments:
All prices are stated in U.S. Funds. Payment must accompany your order. I accept Bank Drafts & money
transfer payments. No Postal Money Orders or Personal checks accepted. Payment to Ron Coulson only.
Shipping & Postage:
I pay shipping & postage charges throughout North America. No extra costs to you. This is
why my prices may seem a little higher with other dealer's prices. I feel this is a fair set-up for the both
of us. If for some reason a return occurs the shipping/postage costs are up to you.
Damaged Package:
If your package appears damaged (crushed), (torn into), (partly opened) & you fear your item is damaged
inside or even missing from the package, refuse the delivery of it. Get a hold of your Postmaster & inform him
of the package's condition. E-mail me right away of what you did regarding the package. This way I can go
after the postal service for their mishandling of package. Remember, do not accept package if you feel it is
damaged inside or even missing. If you accept it “you” are responsible for your actions....not me, not
the postal service. I have not had any problems in this way as yet, but am pointing this out to you because I came
across a large & busy site & in their own shipping policy they pass on the responsibility to you of having
to make claims with the postal service even though you are the 'receiver' & not the shipper.
